Meeting royalty: Cecilia Adamou with Prince Harry
A brave 15-year-old school girl got to meet Prince Harry at an awards ceremony.
Cecilia Adamou, from Cobham, was named inspirational person of the year at the 2014 WellChild Awards, at the Hilton in Park Lane, on Monday, September 22.
Miss Adamou was born with a complex congenital heart condition and is receiving treatment for rare brain and spinal tumours. She was nominated by her nurse and a family friend.
Miss Adamou got to meet Prince Harry, a patron of the charity, who greeted all the winners and their families.
