A foundation dedicated to working with disabled children and adults received £33,000 in funds raised by Weybridge employees.
Workers at the Weybridge P&G office put on charitable events, donation schemes and sponsored team activities to raise the sum.
The Queen Elizabeth Foundation for Disabled People, Leatherhead, will use the money to refurbish a cafe area where people can meet and relax.
Jonathan Powell, CEO at Queen Elizabeth's Foundation, said: "My heartfelt gratitude goes out to all at P&G who have contributed so much to make this new cafe a reality."
The Weybridge employees also donated £33,000 to Save the Children.
