An Oxshott hair salon has been named as a finalist for the British hairdressing business awards.
Clay Hair Salon, of High Street, was shortlisted for three awards at this year’s ceremony; retail salon of the year, innovation of the year and salon team of the year.
Jayne Lewis-Orr, executive director of the awards, said: "To achieve finalist status in these awards is great recognition and a huge honour and Clay Hair Salon should be proud of their achievements.
"We received a record number of entries this year and the standard has been truly impressive and it is testament to Clay’s commitment and passion for their clients and team that they have a secured a place in the final."
Staff will find out if they are a winner at the awards ceremony at the Lancaster London Hotel on September 8.
