Walton woman among Miss England finalists

Sarah Holmes, 20, from Walton, has been selected as one of 14 finalists competing in the fourth Fresh Photographic heat qualifier for Miss England 2013 and is relying on the support of the community to help her secure a place in the Miss England semi-final in June.
