The public are invited to comment on a new document setting out how the council deals with planning issues.
Amendments have been made to Croydon Council’s Statement of Community Involvement, which details how planning documents are prepared, due to changes at national level.
The document can be viewed at borough libraries, Access Croydon in Taberner House, by visiting www.croydon.gov.uk/planningandregeneration with the formal consultation period running until 27 March.
Councillor Jason Perry, cabinet member for planning, transport and sustainability, said: “It’s vital we ensure that our planning policies and procedures are kept up to date and in line with changes to the planning system nationally.
“We’d like residents and organisations within the borough to tell us how we can best engage with them on planning matters in the future.”
