Police have renewed their appeal for information after a young dad and rapper was shot dead in Broad Green, Croydon.

Akeem Moore, 22, was gunned down at 11.25pm on October 7, reportedly as he chatted with friends on an estate in Eastney Road.

The father-of-three, who performed music under the name Tuggzy, was pronounced dead in the street having been shot in the head.

A murder investigation is being led by Detective Chief Inspector Lee Watling, who said: “I need to hear from anyone who saw anything suspicious in the Eastney Road area late on Friday night.

"I would urge any witnesses, or anyone with information that may assist the investigation, to call police and tell us what they know."

There has been no arrest and enquiries continue.
