Parts of Coulsdon were flooded yet again over night as heavy rains and storms battered the area.
Coulsdon Road is underwater with floodwaters pouring up to people's front door.
It is the second time the area has been flooded this month.
At the beginning of June residents of Caterham Drive in Coulsdon were swamped with "rivers of sewage" after heavy downpours hit the suburb.

But while those parts of the borough were flooded by torrential rain, majority of other areas had a lucky escape.
Croydon fire station was called out to just two flood related incidents while Norbury fire station was called out to help brigades in other boroughs.
The Met Office said the rain was brought on by increasingly warm and humid air arriving from France.
It has issued an orange "be prapred" warning for London.
