Nadia Ali Moustapha, 39, has not been seen since May 13.
Police are appealing for help finding a missing woman with links to Croydon.
Nadia Ali Moustapha, 39, from Ealing, was last seen on Uxbridge Road on May 13.
A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: "She is described as being very thin and may be in a weak condition."
She is Iraqi, 5ft 6ins tall and often wears a headscarf.
She is known to frequent central London, the Paddington area and Croydon.
Police are growing increasingly concerned for her welfare.
Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101.
