A 19-year-old man has been stabbed in the neck at Blackhorse Lane tram stop.
The teenager was taken to hospital after being knifed just before 5pm today. His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
Police found a knife at the stop but no arrests have been made.
A British Transport Police spokesman said: "Our officers were called to Blackhorse Lane Tramlink stop shortly before 5pm, to reports of a stabbing.
"Colleagues from Metropolitan Police Service and London Ambulance Service also attended. One man has been taken to hospital.
Officers have recovered a knife from the scene."
The spokesman added the man suffered "upper body" injuries.
A London Ambulance Service spokeswoman said: "We were called at 4.45pm to Blackhorse Lane, Croydon to reports of a stabbing
"We sent an ambulance crew and a response unit to the scene. We treated a man and took him as a priority to hospital."
