Romance was in the air and down the psychedelic bunny hole when loved up couples took a journey to the lane of love on Saturday.
Three couples joined the South Norwood Tourist Board Group, and others who had just come along for fun, on a Valentine’s adventure.
They started with the tunnel, nicknamed the bunny hole because it allows people to hop from SE25 to Penge, thought of as being in Kent.
And then an altar had been set up in Love Lane where the couples were able to state their commitment to one another and renew their vows.
It was all topped off with love cake and Prosecco at a reception in the Albert Tavern, Harrington Road.
Tourist board founding associate Jason Cooper said: “We thought it would be fun to do something in Love Lane and when Valentine’s Day fell on a Saturday we thought it has to be Valentine’s Day.
“So many people came and said what a wonderful atmosphere it was.”
