Police today released images of six more people wanted in connection with the rave in East Croydon earlier this month.

Detectives also appealed for anyone who filmed or took pictures of the illegal party and resultant disorder in Cherry Orchard Road on June 15 to hand over footage as evidence.

The new images come after the Metropolitan Police released seven pictures of people sought in the week after the rave, which descended into violence and led to the death of 15-year-old Rio Andrew.

South Area Commander Simon Letchford said: "I am appealing for anyone who recognises these people, or has information about the disorder, to come forward and speak to police.

"The behaviour of some of those attending this illegal rave and the direct attacks on officers who were there to maintain public safety is completely unacceptable.

"I am particularly keen for anyone who took images or video on mobile phones of the events in and around the area to provide these to police. They may contain vital evidence to help track down those responsible for this violence."

So far 16 people have been arrested in connection to the rave, at which masonry and fire extinguishers were lobbed at police in riot gear.

A 21-year-old man has been charged with violent disorder, drugs offences and assault on police and a 25-year-old man has been charged with violent disorder and drugs offences.

Police arrested five men on Friday on suspicion of handling stolen goods and criminal damage. All have been bailed pending further enquiries.

Two men men have also been arrested on suspicion of violent disorder, three have been arrested on suspicion of money laundering, a 17-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of violent disorder and a 22-year-old man arrested on suspicion of criminal damage. All five have been bailed.

A 47-year-old man and a 30-year-old man have been given cautions for possession of class A drugs.

Rio, of West London, died on June 17 after collapsing at the rave.
