A woman has gone missing from Walton, causing concerns for her welfare.
Mary Gwanyama, who is described by police as vulnerable, was last seen by her sister at 10.10am on Friday, February 23, before she was due for a doctor’s appointment.
The 44-year-old is described as black, with a fuller figure, and was last seen wearing a military style jacket with a fur hood, and with her black hair pulled back.
Surrey Police is focussing its search in parks and undergrowth close near Crossway, where she lives, because they believe she might be hiding.
Anyone who has seen Ms Gwanyama, or who has any information, is asked to call Surrey Police on 101, or 999 in an emergency, as soon as possible, quoting reference PR/P18043644.
