Christmas at Kew is returning for its fourth year - and will be “bigger and brighter than ever.”

The displays include an illuminated trail with more than one million twinkling lights winding through trees garlanded with shards of light, snowflakes and stars.

Visitors can also marvel at the enormous glowing Sledge Tree constructed from more 360 wooden Santa sledges, and they can hear the sound of a chorus of "singing trees" as they head towards one of Kew’s glistening lakes.

Sandra Botterell, director of marketing and commercial enterprise, said: “Now in its fifth year, Christmas at Kew has become an integral part of the London festive calendar. This year’s night-time extravaganza will capture the magic of previous years, but will also offer a unique experience in itself, with a host of brand new breathtaking displays."

There's also an "explosion" of colourful criss-crossing laser beams, jumping jets of light, and kaleidoscopic projections at The Palm House.

Christmas at Kew runs from November 22 to January1. You can book tickets here: https://christmasatkew.seetickets.com/content/entry-selection?_ga=2.57859180.755503594.1511453513-1047191999.1511453513
