Police are hunting a 26-year-old man after a series of reports of fraud targetting women aged between 70 and 91 years old.

Officers in Croydon are investigating a series of courier frauds over a 14-month period between February last year and April this year at homes.

They would like to speak to 26-year-old Stuart Jacklow.

He is described as a white man, approximately 6ft 4ins tall and of large build. He has links to Croydon and Oxted.

It is believed that at least three men conspired together to carry out these crimes, specifically targeting the vulnerable.

In February 2017 police issued CCTV of a man they wished to identify and trace. Following this, a 19-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday, June 28 on suspicion of conspiracy to defraud. He was later released on bail until a date in late August.

Then on Monday, July 3, a 24-year-old man was also arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to defraud. He has also been released on bail until a date in late August.

Detectives continue to appeal for any witnesses or any information about these or similar offences.

Anyone that can assist the investigation is asked to contact Detective Sergeant Natalie Reseigh from Croydon CID on 020 3276 2260, or police via 101 or via Twitter @MetCC.
