Police have launched a fresh appeal for a man who was caught masturbating near a school in Ewell.

The man was spotted in Holman Road, near Epsom and Ewell High School, sometime between 3.30pm and 4pm on Monday, January 16, in a parked, white Mercedes van, masturbating.

The van was initially described as having a foreign number plate and blue glittery stripes down the sides.

Surrey Police now understand the van also had blacked-out windows in the back and a blue or purple ‘S’ in swirly-type writing on the front.

The man is described as being between 25 and 35-years-old, with short brown hair and olive skin. He was of slim build and wearing a white t-shirt and dark jeans.

Officers from the force would like to reassure the local community that an investigation is underway to identify the man and the vehicle involved.
