The victim, a 24-year-old, was napping downstairs when the two men dressed head-to-toe in  black forced entry to the back of her Wallington home on Wednesday afternoon.

Police have appealed for witnesses to the burglary, which happened in in Sandy Lane South between 2.45pm and 2.55pm.

The victim awoke to the sound of the intruders and called the police before the burglars snatched her phone.

Both burglars were clad head-to-toe in black and were wearing balaclavas and gloves.
