Fans of pop band the Hollies will turn out to see lead singer Peter Howarth perform an acoustic show in Epsom this May.

A decade ago Howarth joined the Hollies, which was one of the leading British groups of the 60s, and has changed band members over the years.

Howarth began his music career as a guitarist, has worked with many musicians including Cliff Richard and took the lead role in the Roy Orbison Story at the West End.

This is an opportunity to see him perform unplugged versions of hits from the Hollies, Roy Orbison and Cliff Richard, as well as new solo material.

Howarth says: "I have loved putting together my own acoustic show and have drawn a huge amount of inspiration from my fantastic writing partners Tony and Gaynor Sadler."

His special guest for the evening will be singer-songwriter Michael Armstrong. Look out for songs such as He Ain’t Heavy He’s My Brother, the Air That I Breathe, Carrie and Pretty Woman.
