The Museum of Richmond transforms into a fashion house as vintage collections are displayed for all to see.

Collaborating with Richmond Adult Community College, the museum will take a journey through Richmond's history by looking at material and costume and fashion students from the college will use previously unseen costumes from the museum's collection to inspire their own designs.

Museum curator Natascha Wintersinger says: "We are so excited to be able to show off our wonderful costume collection in what will prove to be a fun and fabulous evening for all."

Richmond's Cancer Research UK charity shop also helps out on the night, putting on a fashion show through the Old Town Hall, with all outfits on sale to raise money for charity.

Visitors are encouraged to wear their favourite vintage outfit and take part in an online competition.
