Music of the swinging 1960s comes alive at Barnes Rock with the help of The 60s Allstars.

The themed nights are now a regular feature of the borough's live music scene, with a regular 60s themed event on the second Tuesday of every month at East Sheen's Home Guard Club.

Next on the line up is The 60s Allstars, made up of John Dee from The Foundations, Del Mandel who has played with George Harrison, Alan Lovell from the Swinging Blue Jeans and Mick Avory from The Kinks.

The band, whose members deserve recognition individually and combined, has an authentic sound of the 60s with a modern approach and ais no stranger to performing in the borough, having played for many years at the Red Lion, Castelnau and Barnes Rugby Club.
