Party-goers on the Roundshaw estate gathered for a festive get-together with stalls, performances, and the chance to meet Santa.

Break the Ice was held to raise money for the St Raphael’s Hospice in Sutton, and to bring people together in the spirit of Christmas.

It was organised by Keeley Wilcox, who runs a social enterprise on the estate called InUnity.

She said: "It was a roaring success with over 250 people attending and we raised a total of £408 for the hospice."

It took place at the Phoenix Centre in Mollison Drive, Roundshaw, Wallington, on Sunday December 14.

The event started at 1pm and finished at 4pm.
