Earlier train delays caused by a vehicle hitting a bridge at Norwood Junction have been cleared.
Engineers called to inspect the bridge report that it is okay and services are now returning to normal.
But travellers on trains which go to London Victoria are not so lucky as services are disrupted as a result of an earlier broken down train just outside the station.
London Buses are accepting rail passengers on alternative services between London and Croydon.
London Underground are accepting rail passengers on services between Victoria and London Bridge.
London Overground and Thameslink route train services are accepting Southern ticket holders on their services which are also subject to disruption as a result of the bridge strike.
