The Richmond Citizens Advice Bureau website has been given a makeover and the new site will go live on Monday.
The new website is sleeker and easier to navigate for users and chief executive Sue Smith said they wanted to make it simpler for people to reach them.
She said: "There are easy to use forms for those who want to email their advice question to us, simple to follow online guides and contact details for those who wish to visit us in person or phone us, all in one place."
Client services manager Nick Ward said: "We needed a new local solution to benefit the residents of Richmond.
"We believe our new advice number will improve access to those who need our help the most."
The advice number operates Monday to Thursday, 10am-3pm.
Callers are also now able to leave a message and there is a new number, which is 020 8712 7800.
