A noxious substance attack left a 17-year-old with burns to the face in Kingston, and police have released images of people they want to speak to about it.
The attack happened outside Pepe’s Peri Peri Chicken Shop in Fife Road on July 21 at about 6.40pm, with “numerous people around”, according to police.
The victim was out with a friend when he was assaulted, and was taken to a nearby shop to have his face washed after the ambulance service was called.
No arrests have been made, but CCTV images have now been released of two men police want to speak to in connection with the attack.
Anyone with information about the men in the images or the incident is asked to call 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
