Three muggers wearing gold jewellery robbed a 28-year-old man of cash, clothes, an iPod and sunglasses when they attacked him in broad daylight.

The victim was hit on the top of his head and his forehead was scratched in the robbery in an alley off The Kingsway, Ewell, at about 2pm on Tuesday, June 12.

The three stole a bag containing the man's possessions before making off, one on a mountain bike and the other two on foot.

The first man is described as a white male, 16 to 17-years-old and about 5ft 6in. He was wearing a white baseball cap, a dark blue Addidas top with white stripes, plain blue trousers and lots of gold jewellery. He was riding a silver mountain bike.

The second man is a white male, 6ft 1in tall, of medium build and 18 to 19-years-old. He was wearing a white tracksuit, a baseball cap and was also wearing gold jewellery.

The third man is described as a white male, 16 to 17-years-old and about 5ft 6in tall. He was wearing a t-shirt and jeans and a gold sovereign ring.
