A large amount of high-value and designer goods was taken from a home in Epsom during a burglary while the owners were on holiday.

A black Porsche Macan was among items taken while the family was away between Monday October 23 and Tuesday October 31.

But police found it in the Malden area on November 1, and forensic investigations are underway.

Items still missing include handbags, jewellery, shoes, clutch bags and other accessories.

Surrey Police has released a gallery of some of the items it is looking for, and is appealing for the public's help.

PC Gregg Marshall, who is investigating the incident, said: “Please have a look through the photographs to see whether you recognise any of the items. Perhaps you have purchased some second-hand jewellery, or a designer bag recently?

“I would also like to remind the public that most burglaries are opportunist in nature. Please visit our website for advice on how to keep your home safe and secure. Taking steps such as marking your property with a forensic marking product can make a huge difference.”
