A work experience placement by a 15-year-old boy stormed to success after the teenager was given access to Southern Rail's twitter account.
The youngster, known only as Eddie, took over the the @southernrailuk account and soon the hashtah #AskEddie was born and going viral as the internet did its thing.
Questions to the much criticised rail firm included:
Hi Eddie, serious question this time How do you cook the right amount of pasta so you don't end up with enough to feed the street? #AskEddie
