Temperatures in London are set to plummet as a cold front is on its way over from Siberia.
Dubbed the 'Beast from the East', the Met Office describes it as when the high pressure over Scandinavia drives winds in from an easterly direction.

This type of weather usually brings in clear skies but below freezing temperatures and frost, with the lowest temperatures seen all year in the UK to be expected
However if the wind coming in from Siberia travels over the North Sea, it is very likely we could see snow.
Temperatures for this weekend are already expected to drop below freezing, albeit with clear skies.
