Anyone looking to make the most of their Halloween pumpkin before carving it could find inspiration from the world first “Pumpkin Pilates” session, held at Garsons of Esher.
As part of natural food company Whole Earth’s campaign to get people outside during autumn, a group of popular Instagram users was invited to take part in the novel class.
Senior brand manager at Whole Earth, Katrina Farmer, said: “Despite the weather getting colder and the nights longer, we are encouraging the nation to get out and enjoy the great outdoors, be that through a long walk or through a brand-new form of exercise – Pumpkin Pilates!”
Led by Zero Gravity Pilates, the quirky class had the social media gurus striking poses while using the pumpkins as natural weights.
