Members of the train workers union RMT are going on strike today (October 5) over a dispute with multiple rail lines, including Southern Rail.

The dispute, which is over rail safety and the introduction of driver-only trains, will impact routes coming in and out of greater London.

Most Southern Rail routes will see no impact on them at all, but there will be no trains or a limited service running on some routes.

Clapham Junction to Watford Junction will have a limited service running at peak times only.

The train will run from 6.20an to 9.15am and then no trains will run until 5.52pm to 7.54pm.

Southern services to and from Guildford will not run and passengers have been asked to use South Western Railway services to complete your journey.
