A baker with premises in Thames Ditton and Weybridge has won a prestigious industry award.

Bachmanns Patisserie was presented with The Craft Business Award at the Baking Industry Awards 2017.

Managing director Chris Bachmann received the award from Denise van Outen and event sponsor Dawn Foods UK and Ireland director Chris Jenkins in front of 700 industry guests at London’s Park Lane Hilton.

Bachmanns prides itself for innovative products such as a strawberry and orange trifle and a Victoria sponge infused with Grand Marnier, with raspberry jam and Chantilly cream, made with vanilla sugar.
