Traffic is congested in Esher and trains are moving slowly between Esher and Surbiton this morning after a vehicle hit a bridge.
More Lane and Lower Green Lane are party congested in both directions, Traffic England advised.
A vehicle struck a bridge earlier this morning, South West Trains added.
