If you fancy braving the weather, you might just stumble upon the newest edition to the Surrey Street market.
'The Vegan Grill', as you might have gathered by the name, is a vegan fast food stall and will be opening for the first time on February 3.
If you are picturing salads in your head however, you will be sorely mistaken.
Vegan Grill is all about "cruelty free comfort food," as Job Davis, one of the people behind the project said.
"My housemate and I are setting up a 100% vegan fast food stall providing burgers, hot dogs, chips and cakes," he said on facebook.
"We would really appreciate it if you could show support by spreading the word and coming to visit us.
"We will be opposite Matthews Yard on Surrey Street, then up to Croydon Continental Market on the High Street on Thursday, March 8 - Sunday 11, then back to Surrey Street.
"As we are just starting out, please keep an eye on our social media for opening times as we settle in."
