A 55-year-old man will not be jailed despite being found guilty of sexual assault and exposing his genitals.

Sabaradnam Sivaseelan, of Donald Road in Croydon, pleaded not guilty on June 21 to the two offences but was found guilty on August 24 at the Wimbledon Magistrates' Court.

On September 29, 2016, Sivaseelan sexually assaulted a woman at an address in Balham and also exposed his genitals with the intent that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress.

Sivaseelan was given a six month prison sentence, suspended for 12 months. He was also ordered to pay £375.
