A man and a teenager from Croydon are among 20 people charged with drug offences after an undercover operation by police.
Reginald Davis, 58, of Dagnall Park, South Norwood, and a 17-year-old boy who cannot be named for legal reasons, were charged after a raid by undercover police on suspected drug dealers in Soho on May 17.
The charges were part of Operation Trafalgar, a covert operation which involved officers observing people suspected of selling heroin and cocaine.
The operation launched on March 29, with extra officers deployed in Westminster with the aim of reducing robberies, violence, sex crimes and vehicle crime.
Of the 20 charged, two have been was bailed to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on May 21.
The remaining 18 people, including Mr Davis and the 17-year-old boy, were remanded in custody to appear at Southwark Crown Court on June 12.
One man pleaded guilty to offering to supply Class A drugs and one woman was given bail to appear in court at a date yet to be confirmed.
The operation is scheduled to run for at least 24 weeks.
