Police patrols after man exposed himself to school pupil
Police are patrolling outside a primary school this afternoon after a man indecently exposed himself to a pupil last week.
The incident happened on Friday, March 9, outside West Ashtead Primary in an alley way between Taleworth Road and Old Court.
A year 6 pupil was walking down the alleyway when she saw the man standing on one side of the path.
She was able to run past and report the incident to her family who then contacted the police.
Parents were informed of the incident on Sunday via email by the school head teacher, Mrs J L Douglas.
Dorking police have reassured parents they will be patrolling the area when school ends today.
The man was described as white, in his late 40s, about 5ft 6 with balding hair.
He was wearing a light grey hooded top and black joggers.
Anyone with information should call Surrey Police on 101 quoting reference number MV/12/990.
