Market traders get loved up for Valentines Day

Dozens of traders filled Epsom Market Place on Sunday offering visitors the chance to pick up something special for that special someone.

The Valentine’s market took place on Sunday, February 12, featuring over 20 stall holders offering romantic gifts from flowers to jewellery.

Councillor Neil Dallen, chair of the council’s strategy and resources committee, said: "We are delighted that so many local traders and craftsmen took part in our Valentines Market, as well as all those visitors that brought a touch of romance to our Market Place.

"Epsom and Ewell Council is proud of its market heritage and we are all committed to creating a more vibrant and buoyant commercial centre in Epsom’s Town Centre."
