A trapped deer was successfully released back into the wild on Thursday.
The deer was stuck in a fenced enclosure in Cascades, Selsdon.
RSPCA officers cut a hole in the fence to allow the deer to escape.
A spokeswoman said: “Deer can become very stressed, very easily. It is delicate operation.
“We are pleased that it went well and the deer is now free to go back to living in the wild with other deer.”
