Police appeal following high street attack
A woman was attacked in the high street in the early hours of the morning by a man she had turned down in a bar.
Police have launched an appeal following the assault on June 2.
The woman was attacked at about 2.30am after she rejected his advances in The Treasury, Sutton.
As she walked home after drinking in the pub, she was assaulted walking near ASDA on her way home.
The woman suffered a bloody nose and chipped tooth.
Detectives say that the man in the picture may have information that can assist police enquiries.
The individual in the photo may not be connected with any offences and may be innocent.
The man is described as of South American appearance, aged in his 30s, about 6ft tall and of stocky and muscular build and was wearing a distinctive G-star raw T-shirt.
