A 26-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after he stabbed a man who had been arrested following a fight.
Police were called to a house in Christchurch Road, Tulse Hill, shortly after 7.30pm last night following reports of a disturbance.
They arrested two men and two women on suspicion of affray but no injuries were reported.
Another man, aged 26, then stabbed one of the arrested men in the thigh as officers attempted to put him in a police car.
The victim, thought to be in his 30s, was taken to a south London hospital where he was treated and later discharged. He is now in custody, along with the man who allegedly stabbed him and the three others who were initially arrested.
Police are investigating.
Christchurch Road was closed westbound between Probyn Road and Hillside Road shortly after the incident but has since reopened.
