A fire crew from West Norwood is helping to tackle a huge blaze at an industrial plant near Heathrow.
The fire at the wood recycling plant between Sipson Road and Holloway Lane, which is home to 9,000 tonnes of wood chippings, was brought under control at 11.45pm last night.
About 75 firefighters remain at the scene, including one crew from West Norwood.
A spokesman for London Fire Brigade its firefighters were likely to continue putting out "deep seated pockets of fire" for several days.
The blaze is currently not affecting flights from Heathrow Airport. An inquiry into the cause of the fire has begun.
