Sutton vandal caught on film hurling bin at CCTV camera

CCTV images of a vandal hurling a rubbish bin at a stationary bus were released by the Metropolitan Police this week.

Operation BusTag officers are appealing for help in identifying the youth who smashed the vehicle’s window in Sutton.

Chief Superintendent Joe Royle said: “This person may think they have got away with it. They are wrong. We are determined that all offenders of bus criminal damage are brought to justice and we will leave no stone unturned to do so.”

Anyone with any information about the incident, at about 1pm on June 3, is asked to call the BusTag team on 020 7027 8950.
