Heroic Transformer Bumblebee continued his mission to save the world from the evil Decepticons by dropping into the Tesco Express store in New Malden on July 1.

Roaring into town in his car form - a bright yellow Chevrolet Camaro - the Autobot took some time out from battling robots to pose with fans from around the borough.

The powerful robot is currently appearing in the film Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen in cinemas across the country - the second highest grossing film on its opening day of all time, behind The Dark Knight in 2008.
