Policea re hunting for two men in connection to a robbery at South Croydon railway station last month.

British Transport Police have released CCTV stills of the two men who are alleged to have robbed a youth by claiming to have a knife.

Robbery Squad DC Dave Chenery said the victim, a 15-year-old boy, was waiting for a train at South Croydon railway station when he was approached by two men and robbed.

DC Chenery said: "The 15-year-old was waiting for a train at about 8.55pm on May.

"The victim handed over his mobile phone and all the cash he had on him, which amounted to £2.

"The two males then boarded a train headed toward Charing Cross."

DC Chenery said police had conducted a number of inquiries and were hopeful that CCTV images taken from South Croydon station may result in a member of the public recognizing the two males that police are keen to identify.

The two youths are aged around 15.

One of the youths was black, was wearing grey tracksuit bottoms, a black jacket and a dark cap.

The other youth was described as being mixed race, was wearing jeans, a dark jacket and a woolly hat.
