Wimbledon flats keep firefighters busy

Comments (0)New Malden fire crews were kept busy this morning with two call outs to the same block of flats in Wimbledon.
Firefighters were called to reports of a fire alarm being maliciously activated at the flats in Francis Grove at 3am.
They were then called back to the flats after a pile of rubbish was set alight at the managed apartment complex causing smoke to enter the building.
No one was injured.
