Some of the Richmond’s most famous residents will be raising money for charity this weekend - and de-cluttering their homes at the same time.
The Actresses’ Attic Sale – which has become one of London’s most popular and unusual antique and bric-a-brac sales - will be take place on Sunday at The Old Sorting Office Arts Centre by Barnes Pond.
The sale is the brainchild of actress, presenter and author Julie Peasgood - who has starred in Brookside and Emmerdale - and fellow sellers include GMTV presenter Penny Smith, journalist and Celebrity Big Brother contestant Carole Malone, LBC presenter Steve Allen, Pet Rescue presenter Wendy Turner Webster and actresses Jo Van Gyseghean and Fiona Mollison.
The sale runs from 11am to 4pm and entry is £1 with all money going to Lynn Faulds Wood’s Bowel Cancer Campaign.
The Watchdog presenter will also be there with her husband GMTV presenter John Stapleton
