Singer Amy Winehouse will not face charges over a video that appeared to show her smoking a crack cocaine pipe, police have confirmed.
She was interviewed under caution by police in east London after the footage was posted online in January.
A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: "The Crown Prosecution Service has now reviewed the case and no further action is being taken".
A spokeswoman for the former Brit School student said the singer was pleased to be able to move on and was looking forward to performing at festivals this summer.
Winehouse, 24, was arrested at Limehouse police station on May 7 in connection with the alleged possession of a controlled drug.
She was bailed to return later this month but the matter has now been closed.
