Streatham-born supermodel Naomi Campbell has been banned from flying with British Airways following an argument involving lost luggage, according to reports.
The model was removed from a BA flight by police last week. She was arrested and bailed after allegedly swearing and spitting at a police officer.
Her luggage was lost during Terminal Five's chaotic opening week.
Campbell's publicist said she hoped the dispute with BA would be "resolved amicably".
A BA spokesman said the airline did not comment on individual passengers but said it would not tolerate abuse of its staff.
