Kingston Library will be holding a free night of poetry and refreshments this week to launch a debut book by Jen Schwartz, a current MA in Publishing and Creative Writing student at Kingston University.
The event, on August 21 at 6.30pm, will celebrate the publication of Jen’s new book Love Untangled.
Along with guest poet Kirsten Irving of SideKick Books, Jen will perform for attendees in a night of poetry and lively word play.
Love Untangled is an emotive collection focusing on the complexities of human connection, life, art and creation.
Guests can also bring along any old books that they no longer want and donate them to the library.
Copies of Love Untangled can be purchased at the event and will be available on Amazon beginning August 24.
