A Cheam care home which looks after elderly people with dementia has raised money for charity with a summer fayre event.
The event at Jesmund Nursing Home, York Road, saw relatives and friends of residents attend the special occasion.
A total of £210 was raised for the Alzheimer’s Society on the day, which came from donations by people who visited.
In a decorative effort, artwork was also put in front of the care home.
The event was held on July 21.
