A woman has shared a stomach churning video after she found a piece of green chicken in a takeaway meal.

Dionne-Samantha Davis was feeling a bit peckish so she popped out for a bite to eat.

She stopped in at the Morleys in 55 Whitehorse Road but she was disgusted to find that the lone piece of chicken she had ordered had a green tinge to it.

"So I went to buy one piece of chicken and chips and I break into it the chicken and it is green," she said.

Your Local Guardian:

"Parents please urge our children to stop buying these cheap cancerous chickens from such places.

"I had to force them to dispose of the rest of the chicken."

She took to facebook to reveal the less than ideal meal.

Unsurprisingly it got a huge response, with more than 3500 people having shared the post so far.

In one of the videos, Ms Davis can be heard telling one of the Morleys staff members that the piece of chicken she received was green.

The worker said "I don't know why it comes out like that" before appearing to blame the delivery company.

In another video, Ms Davis again warns people about eating at chicken shops.

Your Local Guardian:

"Green chicken people, look at this green chicken that I just got from Morleys," she said.

"The chicken is green. This is what they’re giving our kids.

"See all these kids that are getting green chicken and chips ever day and they bite into it.

"I’ve never seen green chicken in my life."

The store was last underwent a food hygiene inspection in September of last year.

Following the inspecting it was told that "major improvement" was necessary, receiving a one out of five.

Morleys was contacted multiple times but were unavailable for comment.
